This is so true.
This day is to honor those who paid with their lives all at once.
I believe we must also remember the ongoing payment of their comrades, partners, and children – who fought alongside whether in their heart or in the flesh – and still feel their incredible sacrifice today.
Longing for the day when EMDR therapy is standard treatment for our service members and their loved ones battling PTSD.
