Absolutely loved the chance to sit down with this man @theothersideofsaved for lunch today! 
I recently began to follow his blog and podcast, in which he tells of his in depth treatment with EMDR therapy.
He invites us to bear witness to his story – and he speaks of things too often taboo or painful for us to even acknowledge – complex developmental trauma, male sexual abuse, addiction, and the intense confusion these can bring to the navigation of faith and sexuality.
He does so in a brave, gentle, and sure tone – almost as if he is taking the listener by the hand, reassuring us that the journey of healing is possible and that it doesn’t have to be undertaken alone.
