“A blossom beneath grief” – what it seems I find true in every case of Complex Trauma.
Underneath all of the pain, all of the memories, all of the pushing away from reality of what was, is a deep grief. 
But when that grief is grieved, new life and beauty emerge. A sprout inevitably comes from the soil made rich by a wisdom and strength and heart formed in the alchemy of the trauma and its healing.
