Too many of us have gone through lifetimes’ worth of painful experiences before we even reach adulthood. 
EMDR therapy modified to treat complex/developmental trauma is long and difficult work.
It takes lionhearted courage to face the memories again when they are so awful and so many.
Yet, it can facilitate deep and powerful healing in ways it can be hard to imagine is even possible!!
